Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and development, formulation, and preparation of hygiene insecticides (pesticide categories).

2. Organize small, medium, and large-scale trials of new drugs, conduct process validation, and continuously improve.

Job requirements:

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in plant protection, pesticides, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, pesticides, food engineering or related fields.

2. Have independent configuration and development experience for any of the following formulations: sanitary insecticides, pesticides, biological insecticides, pest control agents, fungicides, herbicides, etc.
